Terms of Service
Last updated: 5 October 2026
Private beta draft. This page describes how the product works today. Sections marked “Pending legal review” have not yet been reviewed by a legal adviser.
These Terms govern your use of Marketing Hub by Nexoryx One (the "Service"). By using the Service you agree to them. Our Privacy Policy explains how we handle data.
Pending legal review: the contracting entity, whether the Service is offered to businesses only, and how these Terms are accepted.
1. Private beta
The Service is in private beta. Features may change, be limited, or be withdrawn, and some integrations are marked as beta or "connection preview" (for example, connecting Shopify does not yet add data to dashboards). We may limit access to invited users.
Pending legal review: beta-specific warranty and liability terms.
2. Accounts and workspaces
- You sign in with a third-party identity provider (Google, or Apple or Microsoft where offered). You are responsible for keeping that account secure, and for activity in your workspaces.
- Workspace owners control membership and roles (owner, admin, member), and are responsible for who they invite.
- Tell us promptly at sub17h4@gmail.com if you suspect unauthorised access.
3. Connected platforms
- Only connect accounts, properties and sites you are authorised to access, and use their data in line with the providers' own terms (Google, Meta, Shopify).
- You can disconnect a source at any time, and revoke access in the provider's settings.
- Connected platforms can be unavailable, change their APIs, delay their reporting (for example, Search Console data arrives 2–3 days late), or restrict access. Synced data reflects what the provider reports.
- The Service reads marketing data only. It does not make changes in Google Ads or Meta: Meta access is read-only, and changes to Google Ads campaigns are disabled.
4. Acceptable use
You agree not to:
- use the Service unlawfully or in breach of a connected platform's terms;
- attempt to access other workspaces, bypass permissions or rate limits, or disrupt or probe the Service's security;
- reverse-engineer the Service, or access it by automated means beyond normal use;
- upload malicious code, or put credentials, secrets or unlawful content in free-text fields such as feedback.
5. Insights, recommendations and AI
- Metrics are calculated from the data your connected platforms report. Recommendations, scenarios and AI explanations are advisory.
- Scenarios are estimates, not forecasts. AI explanations can be incomplete or wrong.
- You are responsible for your marketing and business decisions, including any changes you make in your ad platforms. We do not guarantee any marketing outcome, performance improvement or return.
- Actions in the Service record what you decided and measure what happened afterwards. They do not change your ad accounts.
6. Your data, export and deletion
- You keep ownership of your data and of your connected platforms' data. You let us process it to provide the Service.
- Workspace owners can export workspace data, and request workspace deletion (7-day grace period, then final deletion after approval by a Nexoryx One administrator). You can delete your account. See the Privacy Policy for details.
7. Plans and fees
Pricing for the Service has not been published. During the private beta, plan features may change. Any fees will be agreed with you before they apply.
Pending legal review: pricing, billing, trials, cancellation and refunds. These will be added once plans are decided.
8. Availability, suspension and termination
- We aim to keep the Service available but don't guarantee uninterrupted operation, particularly during the beta.
- We may suspend or restrict access to protect the Service, other customers or connected platforms, or for breach of these Terms.
- You can stop using the Service at any time, and export or delete your data as described above.
Pending legal review: notice periods and termination rights.
9. Intellectual property
The Service, including its software, design and the "Nexoryx One" and "Marketing Hub" names, belongs to us. You receive a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable right to use it for your business while you have access.
10. Third-party services
The Service relies on third-party services (including Vercel, Supabase, Anthropic, Google and Meta). Their terms govern your use of their products. The Privacy Policy lists which data each provider processes.
11. Disclaimers and limitation of liability
The Service is provided "as is" and "as available". Marketing data and insights should be one input among many, not the sole basis for decisions.
Pending legal review: warranty disclaimers, the liability cap, excluded losses and indemnities. The previous liability figures have been removed until they are reviewed.
12. Changes
We may update these Terms as the Service changes, and will update the date above. Material changes will be communicated to workspace owners where appropriate.
13. Governing law
Pending legal review: governing law and jurisdiction have not yet been confirmed.
